1. Acceptance of These Terms
By installing or using the StrategyForge Chrome extension and this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. The Service
StrategyForge is a browser extension that automates parameter optimization on your own TradingView Strategy Tester. It reads the inputs of a strategy you load, runs sequential grid-search backtests by setting parameters, and captures and exports the results.
StrategyForge does not place, modify or cancel any orders, and it does not connect to any broker or exchange. It is not financial advice and does not provide trading signals or recommendations.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- The service is for personal use; do not share your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Card details are entered on a checkout hosted by the provider and never pass through the extension or our servers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Refund requests are handled case by case: write to the contact address in section 14.
- You are responsible for any taxes not collected by the payment processor.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the extension to violate the terms of TradingView or of any third party.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
- Do not abuse the API with excessive or automated requests.
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or paywalls.
6. No Financial Advice
StrategyForge is a tool to support strategy development. Backtest results are historical simulations and do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The software, the StrategyForge name and its logo belong to the service provider. “TradingView” is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. and is used only descriptively to indicate compatibility. There is no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement between StrategyForge and TradingView, Inc.
8. Availability & Changes to the Service
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance. The service may be interrupted or temporarily unavailable. Some features depend on third-party services, such as TradingView, and may change or stop working if those services change.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory protections granted to consumers by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Al instalar o usar la extensión de Chrome StrategyForge y este sitio web, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no uses el servicio.
2. El servicio
StrategyForge es una extensión de navegador que automatiza la optimización de parámetros sobre tu propio Strategy Tester de TradingView. Lee los inputs de la estrategia que cargas, ejecuta backtests por búsqueda en cuadrícula secuencial estableciendo parámetros, y captura y exporta los resultados.
StrategyForge no coloca, modifica ni cancela ninguna orden, y no se conecta a ningún bróker ni exchange. No es asesoramiento financiero ni ofrece señales o recomendaciones de trading.
3. Cuentas
- Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda la actividad de tu cuenta.
- El servicio es de uso personal; no compartas tu cuenta.
- Te comprometes a facilitar datos de cuenta veraces.
4. Suscripciones, facturación y reembolsos
- Los planes de pago y sus precios se muestran en la página de precios.
- Los pagos los procesa Dodo Payments, nuestro procesador de pagos. Los datos de tarjeta se introducen en un checkout alojado por el proveedor y nunca pasan por la extensión ni por nuestros servidores.
- Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles.
- La cancelación es efectiva al final del periodo de facturación en curso, y conservas el acceso hasta entonces.
- Las solicitudes de reembolso se atienden caso por caso: escribe a la dirección de contacto de la sección 14.
- Eres responsable de los impuestos que no recoja el procesador de pagos.
5. Uso aceptable
- No uses la extensión para vulnerar los términos de TradingView ni de terceros.
- No hagas ingeniería inversa, descompiles ni intentes extraer el código fuente.
- No abuses de la API con peticiones excesivas o automatizadas.
- No revendas, sublicencies ni redistribuyas el servicio.
- No intentes eludir los límites de plan ni los muros de pago.
6. Sin asesoramiento financiero
StrategyForge es una herramienta de apoyo al desarrollo de estrategias. Los resultados de backtest son simulaciones históricas y no predicen resultados futuros. El usuario es el único responsable de sus decisiones de trading y de sus consecuencias.
7. Propiedad intelectual y marcas
El software, el nombre StrategyForge y su logotipo pertenecen al titular del servicio. «TradingView» es una marca de TradingView, Inc. y se usa únicamente de forma descriptiva para indicar compatibilidad. No existe afiliación, patrocinio ni respaldo entre StrategyForge y TradingView, Inc.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios en el servicio
Podemos mejorar, cambiar, suspender o discontinuar partes del servicio, incluso por mantenimiento. El servicio puede sufrir interrupciones o estar temporalmente no disponible. Algunas funcionalidades dependen de servicios de terceros, como TradingView, y pueden cambiar o dejar de funcionar si esos servicios cambian.
9. Exclusión de garantías
El servicio se presta «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas la comerciabilidad, la idoneidad para un fin concreto y la no infracción. No garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido o esté libre de errores, ni que los resultados sean exactos.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el titular no responde de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuenciales o punitivos, ni de pérdida de beneficios, datos o pérdidas de trading derivadas del uso del servicio. Nada en estos términos excluye ni limita los derechos irrenunciables que la normativa de consumo reconoce al usuario.
11. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el servicio en cualquier momento desinstalando la extensión y cancelando cualquier suscripción. Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso si incumples estos términos.
12. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación de España. Las controversias se someten a los tribunales de España, sin perjuicio de las protecciones imperativas que la ley reconoce a los consumidores.
13. Cambios en los términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Los cambios materiales se reflejan en esta página con una nueva fecha efectiva. El uso continuado del servicio tras un cambio implica que aceptas los términos actualizados.
